Suitable for multiple applications from rolling maintenance towers to heavy masonry work. 19 1/4 inch width Standard lengths available: 5', 7', 8', 9' and 10'. Stock Sizes: 7' and 10' Heavy guage heat treated structural aluminum alloy is used througout, providing a durable non-flammable deck not subject to rot and splitting as is wood decking. Lighter weight - half that of wood - for easier carrying faster setup and take down. End connectors are no-lap design, for smooth runs. No overhanging or overlapping decks. Meets OSHA requirements. Wind latch connections.   Meets 75 lbs/sq. ft. loading up to 8' length. Meets 50 lbs/sq. ft. loading for 9' & 10' lengths.

	Alum-Ply III provides the best of two mediums: a non-conducting, easy-on-the-arches wood deck, plus the strength and lightness of aluminum. Unlike riveted boards, Alum-Ply III's wrap-around channel serves to protect the edges of the wood, support the board and make replacement much easier.

General Features

The Alum-Ply III four bolt hook assures extra safety and stability on the job, easier maintenance off the job. Every part of this unit is replaceable, including the plywood. Because there are no rivets, one has only to remove the bolts on one side rail, slip in the new plywood and retighten. Alum-Ply III backs its wood with light but alloy-tough cross bracing. To the man who makes his living walking on air, this means good solid footing, with far less flex than boards without this support. Specifications 19 1/4" width. Three boards will deck a standard five-foot wide scaffold frame. 5',7', 8', 9' and 10' lengths. Stock sizes: 7' and 10'. Heavy guage heat-treated structural aluminum alloy side rails and cross braces. Lighter-than-wood weight. Only 30 pounds per 7 foot length. 1/2 inch exterior plywood walking surface. No-lap end connectors for smoother runs.   Bolt-on toeboard clip availability. US/Canadian applicability. Meets 75 lbs/sq. ft. loading up to 10' length.
